  if i could give zero or negative stars i gladly would. apparently banks don't want money anymore! because this bank doesn't have ANY tellers that can do any cash transactions with you. they have a drive up ATM and their indoor ATM. but it's completely absurd to me that, if the ATMs aren't working for whatever reason, this bank doesn't have any way to offer you any sort of transactional services because they got rid of their tellers. it's a shame and it's a horrible horrible practice. i have already been planning on leaving PNC bank for awhile because it's an utter sham. but what a surprise when i thought they wanted my money, apparently they really don't! because if they did, they would've retained tellers at this location (and ALL locations) to not only provide more jobs to people in a very bleak job market but also TO PROVIDE TRANSACTIONAL ASSISTANCE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ACTUALLY ALLOW THEIR CUSTOMERS TO BANK HERE. this is a complete and utter joke.

  This should be zero stars. This place needs to bee shut down, horrible service, no one knows there job and is a major physical security liability with NO SECURITY . The teller machines will try to take off your finger.

  Was looking to signup for a new account. Jaime was so helpful & very thorough when explaining all the different account types. Im very happy with my choice & experience at this branch!
