- TBTotally not a Mistery BuyerMar 12, 20261.0I don't know whats up with the manager cocky attitude in this place. Being able to come to a resolution in a single contact makes things harder and just give you attitude and her particular smirk. The last thing I need is my bank making my day harder.

Please train your employees and tell them to stay in their area of work. I love PNC and i am long time client but this lady just lost me as a client for your location. I felt discriminated. Thank you for your business., will never stop in tour location again.
