  My first experience with First National Bank in Moline, IL was to deal with an elder abuse/fraud case with my MIL. She was being taken advantage of financially and Kristin Phillips at the Moline Branch caught the problem and reported it to her bosses at the bank and called in family to help deal with the issue. She was very conscientious and helped get a new account established, checks ordered, and safety checks in place. She spent several hours on 2 separate days with my MIL explaining what had happened and what the bank could help her fix. I was so impressed with Kristin's patience, friendliness, professionalism and expertise on the subjects. She has even checked in with us to make sure my MIL's financial issues are still running smoothly. All the staff has made it their responsibility to recognize my MIL and the family helping her. We feel very welcome when we come into the Moline Branch of First National Bank. Thank you.
