- JEJason EmersonJun 5, 20262.0The bank is fine. There is one women inside that gives me grief everytime I go in. I own a business so I go through alot of quarters. Everytime I ask for "two rolls" of quarters she has a fit. I only come once every couple of weeks or once a month. I have my business account at City National and Independence Bank has a business account. I do alot more business with Independence for this reason. I have half of a mind to just take everything to Independence because of her and her additude. I was thinking I needed to close the Independence account and do everything at City National because I do believe in investing in my community but hey if you dont want my money or business just say that.. The branch at the interstate has been wonderful.
