    Disappointing experience at the Melrose Park PNC branch. I was treated unprofessionally and made to feel unnecessarily suspicious. Another PNC branch handled the same matter quickly and professionally with no issues. The contrast was striking.

    I came in today at around 4 o’clock I was attended today by Kayla who helped me open up an account she was very polite and professional and made my experience amazing. She was a 10 out of 10 across the board will be recommending this PNC location THANK YOU KAYLA AGAIN!!
