  I had an amazing experience with Parda Credit Union Rockford Branch! Amanda went above and beyond to help me get approved for a car loan within 24 hours. She exceeded all of my expectations with her professionalism, communication, and dedication throughout the entire process. I am truly so grateful for all of her help and support. I also want to thank Gina and the entire team at Parda Credit Union for making everything smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish !! highly recommend!   I am a long time member of Parda Credit Union. I moved out of state a year ago. I chose to keep my accounts with them & I have zero regrets. I love that I am able to handle my accounts seamlessly even from far away. Gena is always very helpful & is able to answer any questions I have. I recently opened a business and she handled all of my new account needs electronically to make it easy to still do business with Parda. I can’t thank the Loves Park branch enough for being there for all of our seasons in life. Parda has everything from accounts for my children to retirement accounts as well as an array of loans to keep life afloat. I would definitely recommend Parda as a whole to anyone looking for personal service.
