Not competent or hold any sense of integrity. I wish I was Careful calling and speaking to them they don’t really understand English and they really mess with with my account causing hours and hours of my time with the many issues for asking for another card when my chip reader wasn’t functioning. Long waits on the phone and no supervisor to speak to. Never sent the new card as well. Just said they would.

Terrible customer service. I called to make an appointment to meet with Personal Banker. Was told someone would call back. No call back. Makes you feel like why do I have any accounts in this bank?
