- SSSupremeMay 31, 20241.0Where should I start... The employees having personal conversations while the customers stand there waiting. Then might I mention that Roberto Anaya I believe is his name, Was my Teller. After he finished verifying my info for a cash advance he asked to wait while he goes to grab my money. Next I hear him saying "next in line step up." He literally went back to his original register ( because of the cash advance he had me step over to another register) and started taking other customers before he finished my transaction. My time is valuable and I was really in a rush. I remained patient up until he did that. I asked why would you take another customer and make me wait? He said he was multitasking. Like that's ok. No it's not ok. I was here before that customer. I'm a customer as well. But it's safe to say that I will not be returning to this branch. I'd rather travel 40 minutes to Chase to take care of my business.
