- DCDillon ConstableSep 28, 20261.0I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst online experience I've every had banking, anywhere. Bought a car from out of state and just making payments has been painful. They managed to loose a check and auto payment paperwork. Terrible automated phone software requires your SS# just to get to the second prompt, one department has no idea what another is doing. It's taken me a month and multiple 30 min calls just to set-up auto pay. Do not recommend. ANY other bank is better.
