  Previously have worked with this company for my taxes with Eric and he was Incredible. However, recently, I have had interactions with Julie from the office not once but twice that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. It’s a bummer. No longer wanting to refer there services. (Replay to message) Hi Julie, Thank you for your response, and I truly am sorry to hear about what you and your husband are going through. I completely understand that life circumstances and personal matters can affect availability, and I genuinely empathize with your situation. My review was never meant to criticize you for prioritizing your family or health-related matters. What made the experience uncomfortable for me was the customer service aspect of our interactions. I also work in customer service, so I understand being busy, understaffed, and juggling multiple responsibilities. When I came into the office previously, I waited close to 20 minutes after being told someone would be “right with me,” but I never felt acknowledged or attended to, so I eventually left. I later decided to call and schedule an appointment instead, hoping for a smoother experience. During that phone conversation, I explained that the date offered would not work for me and provided multiple alternative dates that I was available. Unfortunately, each date was met with a reason why it could not work, why no one would be there, or why there was no availability. While I absolutely understand limited office hours during off-season, the repeated responses made me feel dismissed rather than helped. Again, my issue was never with your personal circumstances, and I sincerely wish the best for you and your husband during this difficult time. My review simply reflected how the interactions made me feel as a customer. Thank you.

  Eric at Aapril Tax Services was fantastic! He made the tax preparation process quick, easy, and stress-free. He’s very thorough and made sure everything was done right. Pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommend Aapril Tax Services—I’ll definitely be coming back next year!

  We had a great experience working with Eric for our taxes. He is incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through everything in a way that was easy to understand. No question felt too small, and he made sure we was comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. His level of thoroughness really stood out—he paid close attention to every detail and made sure nothing was overlooked. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right and providing the best possible outcome for his clients. On top of that, his customer service is excellent. He’s responsive, professional, and easy to work with, which made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Highly recommend Eric if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and committed to great service.

  I needed to file taxes, but didn't know how to handle the deductions and credits with teens in school. Eric was great, efficient, friendly, and he even took care of my daughter's return as well. It was priced reasonably, I was in and out in 45 minutes, and my refund was better than I expected because Eric knew where to save me money. Thanks!

  We have been using AAPRIL taxes for years! Left to find an accountant closer to home but came back to April after they moved locations. Cant go wrong with a family owned business.
