  I had some gold pcs... previously visited store in Villa Park. Very happy w outcome there! Yesterday visited PGS in Glen Ellen where Scott helped me. Again very satisfied with great customer service, and prices right on the money... thank you, I will return!

  I dropped in to sell some unused jewelry. Place is very open and clean and pleasant. Staff is so friendly and inviting. It was a great experience!!

  Muy mala experiencia el sr sam no tiene ni idea de atención al cliente de verdad es sumamente un fracaso está experiencia muchas gracias sr sam por ni siquiera preguntar solo decir con arrogancia si estoy ocupado con un cliente debería tomar un curso de atención al cliente ....... Lo lamento mucho gracias por su respuesta muy cortes pero eso no es cierto el sr sam solo me miró con descortecia le pregunté si el era sam y digo que si me preguntó que quería le dije que buscaba información y pregunté si tenía tiempo a lo que respondió si no ve estoy ocupado con otro cliente ni siquiera pregunto quien me envió o nada por eso estoy seguro que el sr sam debe asistir a una capacitación de servicio al cliente muy diferente de su otra empleada una señora que sin hablar español me ayudó muy cortezmente de todas maneras muchas gracias.... nunca se debe juzgar un libro solo por su portada..... Eso lo mi en la mirada de ese sr sam ir de jean y camiseta negra no te hace menos que nadie muchas gracias........

  Guy either blows smoke for a living or was having a really weird day. I came in to sell a .999 silver ring. I was told by the guy in there that they don't want it (which is fine), but I was also told it was 3/4 of an oz (it is .89 oz), and it's melt value is $10 (it's actually $65 as of the time of this review). He then proceeded to tell me how the ring was made. He was mistaken and I corrected him (I bought it direct from the artisan, so I know) but he insisted for some reason. I know this place ships off silver to melt down, so there was no reason to deny the sale. There's even less reason to lie to my face about its weight and worth. Integrity and honesty are everything in the precious metals area. I hope I don't have to explain that. This review is meant to be medicinal. Do better!
