- MMMaha MohammadJun 9, 20261.0I’ve been to many PNC banks and they have been great, but this location has the RUDEST employee. I couldn’t believe it…the only two times I’ve been to this location and she was awful both times! Just left this branch today telling myself NEVER again. She looked to be maybe 5 months pregnant. I am a person who truly never has a problem with anyone…and if it wasn’t for the black employee who was truly the only nice employee there, I would’ve snapped at the woman. She has got to go. SMH.
- LALindsey AnneAug 21, 20231.0So I just open the PNC bank account and I’m waiting for my first check to clear and I haven’t had a job in a while since a car accident. I really don’t have a savings because of the car accident. And my check still has not been cleared after three business days and the woman on the phone told me I have to wait another two days until I can buy food and other things. I could be renting a car right now while looking for cars I would not suggest doing PNC unless you call over the phone first I regret signing up with this bank identity is what the problem is. My check is real always has been. Walmart takes it everybody else takes it but PNC doesn’t once I find a different bank. I will no longer be going to PNC unless they actually do their jobs right. I don’t like being a negative Nancy or whatever but this is not right.
