- SSSydOct 2, 20265.0I’ve been banking with this bank for over 30 years before they switched to PNC and I must say Shaniqua at the Frankfort branch is very professional and patient. Thank you for your great service!
- MMMaha MohammadJun 9, 20261.0I’ve been to many PNC banks and they have been great, but this location has the RUDEST employee. I couldn’t believe it…the only two times I’ve been to this location and she was awful both times! Just left this branch today telling myself NEVER again. She looked to be maybe 5 months pregnant. I am a person who truly never has a problem with anyone…and if it wasn’t for the black employee who was truly the only nice employee there, I would’ve snapped at the woman. She has got to go. SMH.
- KWKris WakefordSep 21, 20221.0Why in the world would you only be open till 5. There is no possible way to get there from downtown by then. Figures.
- RHRyan HyerdallApr 14, 20201.0Went to do a wire transfer for our house closing that we had called ahead of time to do. Not only were they not successful in wiring the money they sent all our information to another customer in the drive through.
