Absolutely hate this bank. Used to be so friendly and now you can only go through the ATM or the video attendant and they are rude and unhelpful. Can’t wait to change banks

Went to this branch to go sign up for a credit card and Jodi Simmons the VP of the branch helped me. BIG MISTAKE! She helped me fill out the credit card information and told me she would send it in and I would receive word in the mail 2-3 weeks. I went January 21st and I still hadn't gotten anything up to this day. So I can't the customer service hotline and turns out she didn't even send it in the mail. I have no idea what she did with my application but I would NOT recommend going to talk to her. She is the worst!
