  Such a stupid policy. where I can only deposit cash through the ATM and not inside the building, I closed my account because of this absolutely ridiculous

  This PNC Bank branch was very clean, no parking issue and everyone there were very respectful and pleasant to do business with.🇺🇸

  Blade was absolutely amazing! I needed to change so much and order a new card. He had me in and out in no time at all. Amazing customer service. I will be recommending him specifically when anyone is in the area! Thank you Blade. You really put a small twinkle into my otherwise dreary day!

  Unfortunately PNC made it very hard to open a business acount. Too many policies in place; however this is not the staffs fault right? Well, each staff member I talked to told me a different process every time I talked to them on the phone or via email. I spent a lot of my time waiting in the lobby for some kind of help. After two weeks nothing ever got accomplished. Went to Scott Credit Union and got a non-profit account opened in 30 minutes. My wife works at a bank and she’s made me very aware of the laws for a non-profit account as compared to the staffs’ laws they came up with. I’m sure the staff there are very sweet people, but their branches policies and the teams’ lack of knowledge lost another customer. I highly highly highly recommend you don’t waste your time.
