  PNC is a scam. Literally. Had over $250 removed from my account due to “transactions posting”- yet rather pending/posted the money had already been deducted from my available balance when any initial transaction is made so why would it deduct more from the available balance upon posting? James couldn’t give me a clear answer other than “it scrambles things together” while still confused on where my money went and asking for greater clarification James said he didn’t know what else to tell me- after coming to the conclusion he was going to be of no help, I asked the process of closing my account in which he responded “so just to be clear you’re closing your account because I don’t agree with you?” James needs a reality check and needs to step down from his high horse; to take everything that’s happened thus far then make the assumption I’d like to close an account due to a random person is insane. He’s demeaning, disrespectful, and overall unhelpful. Will NEVER bank with PNC again and I urge everyone looking to open a bank account to look elsewhere as your money will be stolen.

  Staff very welcoming & my teller was awesome helping me get what I needed to do It's not often I get to combine 2 different experiences in one review. I originally called this branch to explain document I needed. James was very helpful with sharing what I would have to do once I got to bank. He was very friendly and informative. Like this location easy to find.
