- FGFrank GeraciApr 23, 20245.0I just left PNC on lemont road. I must say I got the best treatment ever from Sheila. I am thinking the people that criticize her is out of jealousy. She's a beautiful woman and people get intimidated. She couldn't be nicer. Thank you Sheila.

They must have some pretty large corporations as clients because as a small business owner they really fall short on any customer service. They never return calls and employees say they are in the office but nobody ever get's back to you. It's been over a month I called four times to one department no response. Months of hassles and missing employees in other areas. I can go on and on but I have better things to do. Over all I would say this bank doesn't care about their customers. Don't bother ordering checks, it will be a waste of your time and money. There are better choices available, take your time and look around some.
