- BTBrittany ThomasAug 25, 20261.0They don’t deserve one star. I’ve been banking with them for about 2 years. I was told I have to pay a monthly fee even though I do not get direct deposit. They charge the fee whenever they want.It seems like they charge you according to the amount of money deposited, not HOW it was deposited. I recently put money in the atm. It spit out a receipt saying it can’t return all of my money. I went straight into the bank just to be told I can’t get help. Called a number the teller gave me and instead of them running back cameras or checking the logs on the atm, they told me I couldn’t get my money back because I don’t have proof I put money into the ATM. Will be changing banks soon. DO NOT BANK HERE!
