- UCUrsular CooperDec 29, 20201.0Yeasterday I dealt with a gentleman which happens to be the app branch manger named Nick Baum. I stopped in to open an account to deposit extra cash into while I’m out of town from my home city where there are also plenty other PNC banks there as well. He began to question what I will be using the account for I told him so and he decided not to make a appointment to open account due to looking out for my best financial interest he was never assigned to me as my financial advisor of what so sort. So I was denied a bank account at this location and they never ran my application or anything. Horrible service must I say. Left me stranded with no hotel I should say just left me in a bad predicament above all he was not trying to help what so ever. Like I know I qualify for account but he made it to the point he never wanted me to bank with PNC at all never offered any other options or anything.
