This branch has terrible customer service. For almost two weeks I have trying to get a check deposited. I have been here several times. Each time I am given a different date when the funds will be in my account. Still not there. This started on May 21st. I was by two different people the funds would soon be in my account. It’s June 2nd! The branch manager (Eric) won’t respond to my emails or phone calls. And don’t try to call any of their 800 numbers. You’ll wind up in an endless loop of being transferred to different foreign countries without getting any answers.

Bad location. Bad customer service on the phone. Drive thru takes forever because they have only two people working there for inside service and drive thru. Bad location for the outside atm.
