  I request to withdraw money from my account but since it was a decent amount and I deposit a cashier check the day before they thought it was better to freeze my account and leave me with no money for 5 days so all my automatic payments will bound and impact my credit smh never had this problem with other Pnc banks

  They need to make sure those ATMS are working properly by the end of day. Took my card and there was no signs or message on screen until after I put the card.

  You could have a great or not so great experience depending on who is looking after you. The individual who assists me at the door is always really kind and helps me with my problems.

  I've been on hold for 21 minuets trying to set up an appointment to open an account for my son. This is the worst place for banking. (I hope the fed ex guy got what he needed.)
