  This is the worst PNC location ever. Every other time I come Im not able to deposit cash into the ATM. What am I suppose to do stand in the drive thru ATM and risk getting robbed? They really dont care If they keep repairing it and it keeps breaking down then that means it needs to be completely replaced. This is common sense. PNC is a multi million dollar company. They can afford to replace it They just choose not to and make up poor excuses. They dont care about the customers.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at PNC Bank. The way I was treated by both a teller and an assistant manager was unprofessional and disrespectful. I came into the branch simply trying to use the ATM, but instead of being treated courteously, I felt as though I was being pressured to speak with staff when I did not want or need assistance. When I declined to discuss the matter with them, I was told to leave rather than being allowed to simply use the ATM. Regardless of whether an employee agrees with a customer, there is a professional and respectful way to handle the situation. I did not feel that I received that basic level of courtesy here. The interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and left me very disappointed with the way customers are treated at this branch. I hope PNC Senior management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how customers are treated, particularly when there is a disagreement or a customer simply wants to conduct their banking without unnecessary interaction.

  STAY FAR AWAY from this branch if you’re African American. The branch manager Mario Gamino is either incompetent or a racist. I’ve been a customer with PNC with the same account for over 25 years. I was unable to complete a transaction at this branch that I’ve completed many times before at other branches. Mario Gamino Informed me that “we don’t do that here” he clearly does not understand the policies and procedures of PNC or he has an issue with African American customers. That’s based on the location of this branch and some of the comments that were made to me when I entered. I’ll def be sending a formal email and letter to PNC about the interaction.
