When I filed my daughter’s 2025 taxes, her Illinois state return was rejected, and I wasn’t sure what needed to be done. Nancy, the manager, spent about 15 minutes with me, explained exactly what was going on, and gave me clear, precise instructions on how to handle it. The office is beautiful and brand new, and everyone was extremely helpful and professional. If you use TurboTax and need some assistance, I highly recommend stopping in and talking with their team. It’s nice to be able to get knowledgeable, personal help when you need it. Thank you, Nancy and Staff , for taking the time to help me. I really appreciate it!
