    The teller Justin treated me like a dog, he kept insisting he couldn't do a basic bank request like cashing a check when I've been banking with PNC regularly for over 7+ years. He was so snooty and rude to me, which I think he did because of my visible pregnancy. At no point did he attempt being polite and I believe he actively went out of his way to be rude. When I go to a PNC bank, normally I'm treated with respect for my time I took out of my day to go and common courtesy. With this specific teller I've had tons of issues in the past that I let go because I assumed he was new and still figuring things out. I will not be returning to this branch at all and I'm considering switching banks entirely if this is how they condone the treatment of their customers. If PNC lets a man regularly put down pregnant women without any sort of correction, I'd hate to continue banking with them. So full warning to everyone considering going here, head straight to a manager because Justin thinks he's better than you, everyone else here is chill. However if you like being treated like a criminal, request Justin specifically since he's the best in the field.

    Jonathan was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout my visit. I really appreciate his kindness and patience. Highly recommend this branch. I like to talk to him!

    Shoutout to Jonathan!!! He is literally my hero. Our new house closing date is within 2 days and we are locked out from the online banking. He patiently took care of our account and helped us with the wire transfer in one shot! ( there is daily and monthly limitation on our accounts if doing it through the online banking) we didn’t make appointment because it’s really emergency but he’s still treating us well. Without his help the closing will be a big failure
