I’m very disappointed with the service I received at a PNC branch today. I asked a simple question the employee (it was a guy who acts like this every time we visit this branch) He reacted poorly, arrogant, rude, even through my ID at me .The interaction was unprofessional and made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. A bank should train staff to greet customers courteously and handle routine questions with patience and professionalism. If PNC does not address this type of behavior, I will be moving my accounts to a different branch or institution.
