  Hector Rodriguez is very unprofessional and lazy. With poor oral hygiene. I came here a few months ago to close my account. He was standing in the front where customers walk in and said he could help me. He asked for my personal information and told me to make sure I take out all of my money before closing my account. After I Zelled my money to my other bank, He told me my account is now closed. Didn’t take my debit card or anything. So I went home and I kept getting notifications saying I was in a negative. I won’t recommend him to close anyone else’s account. Unprofessional. Omar and Saed need to properly train him on how to close an account. They took very good care of me after coming back and fix the issue he caused.

  DO NOT bank here if you expect any kind of service from the bankers. Tellers are cool if that’s all you need. They’re not like the old PNC and lack diligence, forget who the customer is, and there are far better alternatives nearby

  Terrible experience at this PNC branch. The bankers were inattentive, lazy, disrespectful, and gave inaccurate information. They showed zero diligence or professionalism. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if you actually need competent service.

  ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. Zero accountability. ZERO attention to customer. I watched two bankers and Ms. Olympia get called from Omar the teller (good dude) to try and have them come deal with me depositing a 5-figure check…. The two male tellers were having a casual chin wag for 20 minutes, while Ms. Olympia told the teller she’d be out to deal with me after her phone call. Customer of 10 years. 5-figure check deposit. 3 bankers with no clients. Request for serving me front teller, phone calls finished but laughing chit chat together not. PNC what the heck has happened? Why are you slipping at this location so much? How are you so unaccountable? You used to be good. 10 year relationship, about to be over unless corporate contact me and make this right in terms of giving me check status update. All I need. Shoutout to Martel and Omar, good dudes, very helpful— can we get either of them in a glass office? Meantime guys, I would stay away, it’s gone downhill

  I’ve visited PNC Bank several times and have always been assisted well. The staff are generally helpful and professional when I need assistance. Overall, it has been a reliable and positive experience each time I go. The location is also easily accessible by public transportation.
