  I have banked with almost every Bank there is since I was allowed to open a bank account I am 42 years old and PNC has been the absolute best bank I have been a customer when they go above and beyond they take their time with you date want to resolve any issues you have and they make sure that they do if I can give them more than five stars I would give them 10 so happy to be a customer of PNC thank you so much

  Whenever I need to take care of any in‑person banking matters, I always choose the Higgins location—even though there are branches closer to my home. The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable, from the tellers to the bankers. They make every visit easy and pleasant, and I trust them completely with my banking needs.

  I had a great experience at the PNC Bank branch on Higgins in Chicago. The entire team was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I called. I’m not very computer savvy, so I called ahead to schedule an appointment, and the person on the phone was incredibly kind and quickly set me up with someone who was an expert in what I needed help with. Opening and managing accounts here is very easy and convenient, and they explained how to keep my accounts free with simple account management, which I really appreciated. When I arrived at the branch, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The staff even offered me a coffee while I waited, which was such a nice touch. The teller line was also very fast and convenient I was able to withdraw money quickly just by using my PNC debit card, which made the whole process simple. What impressed me the most was the level of customer service. It was raining when I left, and one of the employees actually walked me to my car with an umbrella to make sure I stayed dry. That level of care is rare these days. If you’re looking for a friendly, professional bank in the Higgins area, I highly recommend this PNC branch. The management and staff truly go above and beyond.

  I recently visited this PNC Bank branch in Chicago for help with a business banking question, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I had researched several banks and even visited a few other branches before coming here, and Scott was by far the most informed and helpful banker I spoke with. He took the time to explain different business banking options, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy to understand. The branch itself has a great atmosphere. I was offered coffee or water while I waited, and the staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. What really impressed me was how diverse and accommodating the team is. During my visit I heard employees helping customers in multiple languages including English, Polish, and Spanish, which shows how committed they are to serving the community. If you’re looking for a PNC Bank branch for business banking or personal banking in Chicago, I highly recommend this location. In my opinion, this is one of the best PNC branches in the area because of the professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.
