  Horrible bank. Robber me over 1300$ with pending transactions posting over the weekend. I have screenshots of available balances multiple times a day. Proof that money is taken out right as the purchase is made. Statements lie. They say it's your fault. Purchases in the negative when it is literally impossible for me to do that. But the transactions say I do I have screen shots for over 4 months with proof that they're lieing. The branch manager even told me to go to a different bank. They're monopoly. Taking advantage of the people who can't afford to go against the bank. How many others are they doing this to?? Also, nothing against the bank tellers or workers in there. They did their best job helping me out. I believe it was jasmine, Jacob, Peter, and the woman assistant manager. Thank you guys. 5stars to them!!

  The bank tellers allow you to take money out without any identification. This is a terrible and non trusting institution. I would love to speak with the branch manager.

  Around 3.30 on Jan 18 2023 Very rude Manager, only 2 tellers working, both got stuck, customer in the line started talking as she was waiting for 25 minutes, from no where manager comes out started talking to lady very loud, and telling her have you been to post office lately, she ask why are comparing post office to bank. He should have just apologized to everyone instead of yelling.

  No one is to help and you need an appointment so the banker see you security told us to leave and that we need an appointment that the waiting was two people and I told I wait because I need help to have access to my app or on-line the lady Infront help us.
