The representative got me taking care of immediately. In and out less than 20 minutes. Great for a first time experience. We do so much online that we often don't get that great experience until we actually go inside. Go inside PNC BANK on 7300 S Stony Island and have a great experience.

Inside is decent and not too bad overall. The lines at the drive through area is little tight but not difficult to maneuver around.
