  Absolutely unacceptable. This was one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever witnessed. My brother went to withdraw money from his own account, and the branch supervisor refused the transaction simply because she said she “didn’t feel comfortable” releasing his own funds. That is completely unacceptable. We were planning to open our business accounts with PNC, but after this experience, we completely changed our minds. We will be taking both our personal and business banking elsewhere—to a bank that treats its customers with professionalism and respect. The supervisor’s behavior made us feel unfairly judged. I can’t say why she treated us that way, but it certainly left us feeling singled out and extremely disappointed. No customer should be treated this way when trying to access their own money. Whoever is responsible for managing this branch should seriously review the performance of this supervisor. Employees in leadership positions represent the bank, and poor customer service like this is exactly why branches lose customers and damage their reputation. Based on our experience, it’s not surprising this branch has such poor customer service reviews.

  I recently visited PNC Bank on Western Avenue and had a positive experience. I had the opportunity to speak with both the bank tellers and one of the personal bankers, and everyone I interacted with was professional, communicative, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and explain different banking options available to me, including account features and interest rate opportunities. I appreciated that they offered guidance and presented several avenues to consider rather than simply pushing one solution. Their willingness to listen and provide clear information made the experience comfortable and productive. As far as banks go, the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and focused on helping customers make informed decisions. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is always room for improvement, but overall I had a good experience and would recommend this branch to others seeking friendly and helpful banking services.

  Teller service is absolutely 💯. PNC in Indiana consistency with service and welcoming the Customers,both locations making experience grand.

  Every time I come to this branch I get excellent customer service. Phil in banking rocks and did my biz wire in 5 mins. Highly recommend this locations

  Brianna Adams one of the Branch Managers there is awesommmmmme. She is so nice, respectful, and tentative to my needs. When you go to the bank ask for Brianna Adams!!!!
