Tone of voice is beyond rude, you ask em a question and they answered like they are annoyed by it. And rolling your eyes because you have to do your job is crazy. They think they superior or something 😂👎. These grannies need’s to get fired 🤦♀️.

- CECalvin EngelMar 19, 20261.0Despite what the name might say, do NOT go here for Exchanging Currency. I came back from a few trips and had some bills and coins. Immediately they tell me they don't take coins and I should try a coin shop instead (makes zero sense). The woman who took the money couldn't tell the difference between British Pounds and Euro, a gentleman had to come over and help. And then they told me the value of the €5 was $5.38, but they have a $5 fee so I'd get $.038. I guess I assumed, wrongly, that they took a percentage. Instead they take a percentage and fees. Long story short... they don't take foreign coins, they can't identify foreign bills, and while the exchange rates aren't great (I didn't think they would be), there's also fees on top of that. I'll have to go see if my bank exchanges currency, as the Currency Exchange doesn't seem to.
