  We had some very negative issues happen recently to our PNC accounts. We called PNC and, very, very, very fortunately, received extremely excellent care through Kathy Alahmad. She worked with us very, very quickly and professionally. We had to create completely new accounts for everything and Kathy worked with us on everything to ensure it was all done correctly. It was highly excellent care and we appreciate it all. It's all complete now and we are back on track thanks to Kathy.

  I would like to express my sincere appreciation to bank employee Alice for her professional service. She was very attentive, polite, and helped resolve my issue quickly. She explained everything clearly and made my visit to the bank a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend her as a competent and reliable specialist.

  Don't like that a friend or family member can't deposit money into my account with my permission (thats DEPOSIT not withdrawal) no more slips which is nice I guess, you have to use your debit card in to deposit now. I guess to prevent fraud and money laundering. Walked into pnc in Buffalo Grove, IL. and was greeted by an overzealous employee who was on top of me literally as I walked in asking what I needed. My feeling was he was feeling me out to see if I was going to rob the place. Easy guys I'm a customer, I get the robbery thing. Be aware of your surroundings but don't assume by the way someone dresses or looks is there to cause trouble. Other than that the counter people are nice.
