  Was the only person in the drive thru line 30 minutes before they closed. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come. A woman finally did who was very unfriendly. She denied the check because she said the client wrote it too sloppy. It was messy but I could clearly read it. Went to my usual bank and explained what happened when I went to the clients bank, they couldn't believe another institution wouldn't accept the check. They said I would guess that the teller already counted her drawer for the day and was just being difficult so she didn't need to work. She then asked 2 other tellers if they could read it at my bank and they good but each one said well that's why they have the dollar amount written in a box. If you can't read someone's cursive or just plain writing you can see in the box the amount. I was actually going to open a business account here because it's so close to home and just easy to make deposits rather than driving down to my bank but after my experience and now I've read all of these reviews and 2nd guessing this. You would hope with enough bad experiences like this corporate or whoever is in charge would get rid of the manager and area manager because they clearly don't care about the customers that trust them with their entire life, give the entire building horrible morale, and obviously do not train their employees correctly or the way a typical bank does.

  When in here to take care of what should have been relatively easy, and quick. My appointment with a banker was for 9 AM. Sat there for almost an hour (50 mins). He had to call the same customer service number that customers call. He waited on hold for 15 minutes, talked to whomever, and then told me nothing for at least 10 minutes as he played on his keyboard. I finally asked so what's the deal? He only told me that he has to wait for something that the guy he just talked to on the phone to send him something. So I sat some more as he just stared at his screen. Talk about awkward!! Finally, I got an explanation from him about my concern. Something that I was told COMPLETELY different when I opened an account with this bank very recently with a rather large sum of money. Thinking about already taking my money elsewhere.

  Awful manager, awful customers, awful place in general. There is no onsite security, there is not nearly enough staff and the staff that is there is so overworked and underappreciated that the majority of the time they aren't really there, if you catch my drift. Do better Justin. Do better Regional Manager.

  I called ahead to see what was needed to open an account and brought everything I was told to bring. Then I get there and find out I was told wrong. Wasted time and gas because the person answering the phones didn’t know what they were talking about. Kinda irksome to be honest.
