  Jeanie submitted multiple tax returns on behalf of our family late after having the information for 6+ weeks prior to the 4/15 deadline. Her negligence cost us over $1k in federal and state late fees. She will also only communicate with you when it's convenient for her. Multiple times we have felt ghosted after not hearing back from her for weeks at a time, particularly around the 4/15 deadline, when the only reply was an automated out of office email. All we wanted was assurance she filed an extension on our behalf after being told our return was coming and anxiously checking email throughout the day yet nothing ever came! She didn't file anything for weeks, and in some cases months later, we are still paying for it! We will never use her again!!!!!

  They got me into a pickle with the Illinois Department Of Revenue, and didn't help me get out of it. I had call the tax man myself and hire another accountant. Don't use this company, they will let you down.
