- SSSayury SanchezNov 30, 20221.0Ever since Esmeralda and Ruby and the old supervisor left this back has gone down in customer service i don’t get verified before knowing all of my banks info i don’t get helped very good by anyone not even management been there for more than 6-7 years and i will be shutting my account… i got money pulled without my knowledge from the bank and the supervisor never got back to me for my refund i have 2 other banks and don’t ever have this problem do not recommend at all!
