- AMAaron MourningAug 3, 20223.0The employees at my local branch are great for knowing their jobs, being good problem solvers, and having great attitudes. But…they seemingly have no awareness for the appeared inefficiency in quickly serving customers. Too many times have I stood for 5-15 minutes behind one patron while an entire conversation about anything but banking goes on. I get the need for close, friendly relationships with patrons, people that may be lifelong friends, but there are diplomatic ways to be fast and efficient without being rude. The other issue I see is many times there is one person at the counter and multiple employees walking around doing other things. While I’m certain these employees are on task, it doesn’t look like it when no one informs customers waiting that: ‘I’m on a phone call and had to get info; someone will be there to help all of you as quickly as possible.’, or some such acknowledgment that people are waiting and their time is important to them. I know all of these ladies, and I sincerely hope that this review will be taken as intended; to provide awareness to what is perceived from the other side of the counter. To make our local branch a more professional and respected business. Love you, Ladies.
