    I always have a positive experience with the employees at this location but Sam is the best! He is always professional, kind and delivers great customer service! It’s a great day at the bank when Sam is available to help!

    As a small business owner in Rexburg, I would say that Steffen and Travis have been great to work with for our business needs. They have been attentive to our unique needs and helpful with questions that have arisen along the way. I really feel they have bent over backwards to serve and be advocates on our behalf. I've been happy with the tellers as well--Hope is particularly pleasant.
