  I"m a small business owner in Rexburg and outgrew my local credit union. Because I only banked at a credit union I was not able to get ANY business loans or ANY help with available PPP funds. Switching banks is not an easy thing to do and it quickly became overwhelming at all the paperwork involved. I was running my business full time and would either forget to stop by the bank or forget to send information through emails. Steffen texted me and followed up multiple times and eventually set up my account FOR ME- he contacted my accountant, got all the information needed and all I had to do was sign some electronic forms and it was DONE! He made it so easy for me and I really appreciated that he went out of his way to make sure my business was not forgotten. BTW, he was always keeping me updated with regular emails about the status of funds available for businesses which was very helpful. And guess what? I was able to qualify for PPP funding in 2 days. 2 DAYS! No one has gone out of their way to help me like Steffen did.I think it's really easy to leave negative reviews when someone does something you don't agree with- but when you see good, you should share that too! There's still a lot of good people in the world willing to help and go out of their way for others!

  As a small business owner in Rexburg, I would say that Steffen and Travis have been great to work with for our business needs. They have been attentive to our unique needs and helpful with questions that have arisen along the way. I really feel they have bent over backwards to serve and be advocates on our behalf. I've been happy with the tellers as well--Hope is particularly pleasant.
