- CBc bFeb 19, 20261.0My experience with Scott and Cassandra at Zions was extremely frustrating. My small business was for sale and the buyer was going through Zions in Nampa for an SBA. This was the most dishonest transaction. The recommendations from Zions to the buyer left me extremely vulnerable as a business owner and not at all within the normal guidelines. After talking to a lawyer it was recommended that we halt the process. Thankfully all I lost was a retainer for a lawyer!

My latest incident was when I was waiting for Debbie for 30 minutes just to sign one small document for a problem that they made on their end; Debbie then let another couple that she liked go before me. I just left. The office feels like a public school. I saw the office manager yell across the room to another guy about how it's been raining since 8am; the other guy was laughing so loud about something else with another employee, etc.
