He decided I only needed access to only some of my cash, so now I have to wait until tomorrow for the money that I told him specifically so I have access to it. Safe to say I will be cancelling my account with DL. UPDATE Branch manager did reach out to me and left me a voicemail basically stating that it all got figured out and the funds were available later that day so it wasn't a big deal. Not a big deal for you guys but it's a huge deal for me. As soon as I have time, i will be leaving DL due to lack of customer service and how poorly you guys as a company care about your customers.
