- AAAddrianna Alcantara-GarciaJul 29, 20261.0I would personally never recommend the Karcher branch. Jill was amazing when she was there. I loved that bank for not only my personal account but a business account as well. I’ve been there for 12+ years. Then Jill retired and a new branch manager came in, that’s when the issues began. I stopped using that location altogether. Several times a year throughout the years I would deposit checks without any issues. After the new manager came in that’s where the issues began. I went to a different location and was told I could not deposit the same checks that’s been ongoing because they called the Karcher branch which she gave them the NO. I’m shocked! Just because I dislike the Karcher office and choose not to go there I don’t understand why she would tell them not to let me deposit. I started going to the 12th Ave office they are very nice, friendly and have great customer service. If you care about great customer service in my opinion I would stay clear of the Karcher branch. Start at 12th Ave or any other location. This is my daughters account as I don’t use Facebook.
