  Cameron Wagner was our loan officer who was diligent and thorough from start to finish with this loan processing. He was very helpful in seeing that each bit of information was provided. Even when he would receive our after hours calls, our confused questions and his illness, he was dedicated to see this through to completion. We would definitely request his services again!

  Banner bank makes me feel like I need a Pina colada iv in my arm to deal with them, And that's a kind euphemism. Every single employee I talk to contradicts the last. Also if you have to pay rent by a certain date like I do, the bank will let it just hang out "pending" until it's late. Oh and if you don't check your statements close, they'll try to charge you 30, whenever they can (it's happened to me 4 times) I. Then when you call to dispute, expect to be left on hold for at least 20 minutes, and if you can get through that, the manager will get on the phone, and "appoligize" profusely. Then tell you that even though it took them 5 minutes to take your money. It will take 2-3 days to come back.
