- RURachel UllomMay 21, 20191.0This branch office is constantly under staffed, closes before listed hours and the ATM seems to always be broken( the only atm between Logan Utah and Pocatello Idaho). I have deposited checks and not had my money available to me for up to a week, not good when you have bills to pay! The costomer service line only leads to disrespectful, judgemental people that will not answer basic questions. If u want access to your money and the ability to use your debit card without being denied when you know you have the funds, it would be on your best interest for you to bank else where. It is an understatement to call this banks branch pathetic. I think everyone can agree that when you work hard for your money you should not be subjected to a multitude of "issues" just to access said money.
