  Five Plus score for Melissa and the Zions’ Team! A situation arose where I needed to change all my accounts. Melissa patiently worked with me through each step carefully and confidently over an extended period. When I left, I had new accounts, with needed actions taken, and a checklist she had created for me to complete. Also, I had a piece of mind that the Zion‘s team was there for me and Melissa was a model helper! Thank you! Bruce

  I’ve always had a great experience coming here. The staff are very polite. Melissa and Kassidy helped me out. I appreciate the patience and willingness to educate me on what I am signing up for. I’ve been a customer for a few months now and they’ve been helpful every time I’ve come in asking for help with bank accounts, savings, credit builder programs, mortgages, and all financial questions that I have. I’d recommend this bank. I also appreciate their low cost monthly checking account fees. One of the lowest in the treasure valley.

  Melissa was so helpful and very nice. She answered all my questions and took the time to be sure I understood everything, and how it all worked.She set up a new account for me, Then she went out of her way to make me a lot of copies lol bless her heart. Thank you Melissa for helping me with everything. I greatly appreciated it.
