I needed a business account and after talking to several other local banks, ended up in their office (speaking with Ryan and Toni). They made the process of setting up an account easy and painless. Within 1 hour, I had my account and was ready to make deposits, payments and pay my bills. Excellent!. Since then, every time I stop by, I'm greeted with friendly smiles and people who are willing to assist me with my business banking needs. Now that they are merging with First Interstate, I can expect the same excellent service (Ryan has guaranteed it!) if you're looking for a local Business bank, this is the place. Bill Chandler Owner.

We held an account with Home Federal bank for over 10 years until Bank of the Cascades bought them out. We were told that nothing would change when they bought HF, but that is not true. We've dealt with nothing but unhelpful people at the branches and in customer service. I will tell everyone I can that they should not even consider an account with you.
