I recently wore a mask into the branch on Eagle and Fairview in Meridian because Covid numbers are on the rise again. I was not expecting the employees to be masked, but both ladies I interacted with quickly grabbed a mask and put it on while we were talking. I was very impressed and appreciative. Thank you for being respectful of your customers' health.
- AMAnthony MartinFeb 20, 20191.0I cash my check here everytime, I cash and then deposit so I have access to my funds immediately. It so happens that Susan changes the rules so I cannot do that. The fact that I do this every 2 weeks and suddenly it changes. Doesnt sound like a rule that has been in place. I've been a customer for over 3 years, thanks to susan I am done with this bank. Its ridiculous. I want a response from someone about this. UPDATE: After I sent them an email stating that I didnt want them to call me that an email was enough they STILL called me and the branch manager basically did not care whatsoever that I was ending my account with them and couldn't admit that their system is flawed. She couldn't explain why some tellers at HER branch have been doing these transactions for me for the past year. They need to get the branch figured out. I would definitely recommend staying as far as you can away from this branch.
