- SAsandi adamson4 days ago3.0The tellers and customer service are lovely BUT I have never been to a bank where I didn't get a debit card, my online banking doesn't recognize me and won't let me transfer my money to my husband so I have access to it. No access to my funds for over a month! Thank goodness I had previously opened a credit union who gave me my debit card on the day I opened it so I could use my small amount of funds there. If my card hasn't arrived this week I will go withdraw my money at the branch and close it out. Very disappointed. 3 stars only because of the staff.

I received a statement with incorrect math, and I can't find a single person to reach about this issue. The loan officer I worked with is no longer with Zion, and I can't seem to get through to anyone via email or phone number.
