- SAsandi adamsonJun 24, 20263.0The tellers and customer service are lovely BUT I have never been to a bank where I didn't get a debit card, my online banking doesn't recognize me and won't let me transfer my money to my husband so I have access to it. No access to my funds for over a month! Thank goodness I had previously opened a credit union who gave me my debit card on the day I opened it so I could use my small amount of funds there. If my card hasn't arrived this week I will go withdraw my money at the branch and close it out. Very disappointed. 3 stars only because of the staff.

Within the last two months I've had 3 replacement cards sent to me and two of those put on hold because they didnt recognize the purchase even though it was local (on both occassions) twice I've had customer service hang up on me, and the bank is wayyy too busy/central to take care of your banking needs in an efficient and convenient manner. Big thumbs down. DONT BANK HERE!
