  I do not understand the one star reviews. Last year, I opened an account for my 50th reunion committee. I was in the branch a couple times in October and November to get everything set up. I did not have occasion to go back until August, when we needed to get a couple sheets of checks printed to pay vendors as the event gets close. The personal banker there is named Kiara Hernandez. I had not seen her since last November. When I walked in, she looked up and addressed me by my first name and asked how reunion plans were coming. I am used to my Eagle branch of Mountain West doing that because I have three separate organization accounts there plus personal and am in there at least once a week. But we're talking nine months and Kiira still remembered me and greeted me by name. That left a very positive impact. And from a banking standpoint everything has worked great. We used Zion because some of the committee is in SoCal and they are associated with a California bank that is a sister bank so we can all use the same account.

  We came here to get Belize money since I am going to Belize and Kiara was very nice and we got the money today and ordered it yesterday I did not have a account with them. This bank is the best in eagle!

  Great staff! I've banked with them for several years and this branch in particular has always been so friendly and helpful. I often have more complex financial requests and they always get the job done timely. Truly a treat to work with them.

  We've been Zions Bank customers for decades and overall it's been a good bank for us. All the local branches we frequent have helpful and friendly staff. But in this day and age, their web site has fallen behind and they don't have competitive rates for online savings accounts. They also charge $5/month just to sync to Quicken.
