- GFGary FSep 1, 20231.0The online platform for this bank is slow and glitchy. That is a problem considering how many people do the majority of their banking online these days. The customer service I have received has been mediocre. Maybe the turnover is high but people often don't seem to know what they're doing. Overall I wouldn't recommend this bank to others.
