- RRRyanFeb 6, 20261.0Agreeing with the others the new staff here is completely incompetent, missing the old staff. Jen was amazing and I definitely miss the way she did things. Meeting Ryan here once or twice he seems extremely stuck up like he owns everything around him, and it seems everyone is also uncomfortable around him as well. The branch is 100% going down hill.
- CCCaseyFeb 5, 20261.0Ryan Hoopes is extremely unprofessional and kind of rude, the whole new staff is no where near as proficient as the old staff was, wishing they still had Jen as her bubbly personality was one of a kind and quick transactions were always accurate. She always greeted me with a smile and knew me by name, I didn't have an account but cashed my checks. I was going to open one with her, but seeing as how she is now gone, I will simply go elsewhere.
