- JLJulie LarsenSep 17, 20251.0I have been with zions bank for 15 years. Today I had my husband deposit a larger bank drated check in my business account. They never mentioned anything to him that there would be a hold on the check. An hour and half later they called me and told me there would be a week and half hold on the check. I told them I would come and get the check and go a cash it and then deposit the cash. They told me they only have 30 minutes to reverse a deposit, so they can't give me the check. I believe they had an obligation to tell my husband there would be a hold or call me before the 30 minutes was up. They said they can't release that information to him because he isn't on the account, but they told him my balance so they dont have my personal interest as a concern. Poor communication and very incompetent! I will be finding a different bank!!
