  Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff! I needed foreign currency for a trip I had planned. Planned ahead, told them what I would need, and they took care of it. All of my transactions have been great at this location. 5 stars all day long!

  I'm changing my 1 star review to a 2 star. The people are better. The service is a little more efficient. I'm still puzzled as to why deposits take so long but I'm starting to just get used to it. At least the people are nicer than they were from 2016-2017. I would rate Zion's Bank Corporate overall though a 1 to 1.5 star review because every time I call I'm on hold for 8 - 13 min and each time I have called they say we don't know but we'll call you back and they never call back.

  This is a very easy to work with Branch. They were very thoughtful of my time. I needed to open a savings account but had no idea what I was doing. Amy was very helpful and helped describe everything that was going on. I didn't feel like they were hiding anything.
