The female manager (I’m being polite) aggressively places holds on accounts that far exceed their policies. At one time she even required us to make an illegal request from another bank in order to access our own money. We refused to comply. This woman single handedly drove us away from this bank. Do not place a single penny in the care of North West Bank in West Des Moines. Thank you.
