    Dont bank here. Wildly incompetent. They cant even get address changes right after requesting the change multiple times. Use 3rd party fraud dept based out of Bangladesh that will hang up on you and are generally just unhelpful. Fraud dept never even followed up with me. I dont even think a case was opened on FRAUD. Im out $800+ this bank absolutely does not care about its customers. Debit cards sent to wrong address resulting in credit dings after a 3+ weeks waiting for a debit card... What bank isnt open on Saturday tell noon? This one. Was awesome when it was Great Western thats why the only few 5 star reviews are from 8+ years ago...Fell off hard with First Interstate switch Im shutting my checking and savings accounts down And moving banks.

    Zach and Moses both are uncommonly helpful and friendly. I've had good experiences with Great Western banks in Nebraska and Iowa but I always take note when someone goes out of their way to be personable. It turns something mundane into a pleasure. If they don't know the answer, they will research to find out. I hope their managers see their hard work and compensate them accordingly. I was extremely impressed.

    I have my business credit card through Great Western Bank. It is GREAT! Wonderful cash back, simple online transactions. Amazing customer service provided by Curvin and the rest of the gang at Great Western Bank! My next step is their 1% money market account.
